These watches are a great tool for losing weight and improving overall fitness. We set them up at no additional cost and include a cheat sheet so you can skip the instructions. When they arrive there's no learning curve, push one button and you are exercising. They keep track of your heart rate during exercise, age, weight, sex and height so you get accurate readings on calories burned. The watches are very similar in features, but the FT7 holds 99 workouts, while the FT4 holds 10. Plus the FT7 can upload data to a free online program. It's worth the additional cost but not necessary.

Get a head start! Even if you are just starting the program, the book will give you a jumpstart. Most people call two days after buying the book and say, "Wow, I couldn't set it down." It answers many of the questions you have about the physical and mental game of weight loss. Also, it's an inspiring story of how a group of regular people had the same success you are about to enjoy. You will love it.

Measuring was you eat is a breeze with this digital food scale. The scale measures in both ounces and grams and weighs as much as 11 lbs. It takes up almost no space and is battery powered in case you need one at work.
Book of Food Counts $8.00
This book is size of a romance novel and has 900 pages of about 40 foods per page. It lists calories, fat, carbs, protein, fiber, cholesterol and sodium. It's the best book I have found for counting calories because there is nothing flashing, just tons of data.
